Rabbitfish
with potato and seasonal greens

Preparation
Clean and gently cut the fish from both sides. Sprinkle salt, pepper and olive oil and wait for about 15 minutes before cooking.
Heat a frying pan with olive oil and fry the fish on each side for about 7 minutes.
Meanwhile boil the potato.
Serve the fish with sliced onion, seasonal greens, boiled potato and enjoy with a glass of raki.
